My credibility and expertise comes from 20 years of experience as well as five years of graduate study at the University of Southern California and the University of California, Irvine. In addition, I was a double-major as an undergraduate at Purdue University (see profile at www.insightlifecoaches.com).
I create empathetic and intuitive coaching partnerships that allow clients to receive from me what he or she needs at the time. It could be support, kindness, patience, advice, suggestions, and simple friendship. OR it could be task mastering, being pushed beyond the limits of their comfort zone, creating action or vision plans, working out a cognitive distortion, being assigned a homework set or stretch designed to help them break through their own boundaries.
