My Profile :
I have come to realize through my own personal journey that coaching had a huge amount of value and impact on my life. My coaches created clarity and offered insight to whatever was in front of me that I couldnt see past. I found that my life could sore to greater heights as soon as I made some different choices and got out of my own way. I was inspired and empowered by coaches so much and had this great feeling of accomplishment that it carried me through rough spots because I knew that there was always somebody to stand by my side and stand for me to win in life. I felt that I would love to create that same feeling for others so that they could live a life of abundance and fulfillment.

One of the best feelings in the world is elation. For me creating ahaaa moments and turning them into successes is the ultimate coaching reward. The ahaaa moment is when eyes open up wide and the split second of clarity that enters your mind, when everything seems brighter and lighter, when leading up to that point seemed so hard or foreign. Life is not meant to be hard unless I make it. Struggling is optional and a choice. When this is realized there is a shift and you become the author of the book of your life. Write this book as you choose it to be.

A good part of coaching is creating clarity and offering different angles of points of view that you cant see from the inside. Everybody feels stuck at one point or another. The stuckness comes from the idea that "Ijust dont know what to do or im at the end of my rope or ive tried everything and cant seem to figure it out".When you are at the point of resignation is where coaching is going to benefit you the most in your commitments wants and needs. I welcome every and anybody to be open enough to experience the insight that a coach can bring into your life and the lives of your loved ones.

Buddha would be aligned with what Bruce writes. The Four Noble Truths: 1) Suffering exists or Life is suffering 2) The origin of suffering is attachment 3) The cessation of suffering is possible 4) There is a path that leads to the end of suffering.

Buddha says the eight-fold path leads out of suffering: Right View, Right Intention, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration. All of these steps are a matter of choice.

Long Live Buddha Bruce!!!!

Mans Choice

Here is a quote that i came across today which I liked. "There is a perfect concept of man, held in the mind of the universe as an already accomplished fact, but man is subject to the law of his own choice".

I think, I can: The Seeds Of Our Thoughts And The Creative Mind Part 2

This part will begin to open up the doors for you to start using the magic of your sub-conscious mind. You will create your destiny through your habitual thought patterns. For as a person thinks in his or her sub-conscious mind so they shall be. There are 2 different kinds of people, some are born to succeed and are full of confidence and faith. There are people on this planet that when an opportunity comes their way say what if I fail? People will laugh at me. these 2nd group of individuals wil… Continue

I think, I can: The Seeds Of Our Thoughts And The Creative Mind

I think the Law of Attraction is indisputable. In order to take advantage of its properties, a person must have a clear understanding of how the law works.

The secret behind the book, “The Secret,” is more than just wishful thinking, closing your eyes, and waiving a wand of imagery. The Law of Attraction is basically a law of manifestation: What manifests in your life is what your attention is focused upon. Skeptics say that the Law of Attraction doesn’t exist. It’s the law of “self fulfilling… Continue

Living a Better Life

There are many times that everyone has felt overwhelmed, lost, out of control - pressure coming from all sides: Work, family obligations, mortgage payments, stretching finances, health challenges, marital strife.

And then, it’s as if some universal law of momentum kicks in. Like a dam, ready to burst, first a few leaks, then more, then holes, then cracks. You fix up one leak and two more spring forth. You fill a crack and six more need to be filled.

The harder you try, the farther back you get… Continue

Subliminal Sabotage

Through out life, we often focus on the things that don’t or didn’t work. And we continue to do that which doesn’t work or will not work.

We become trained in this negative conversation, and it becomes habitualized - when we surround ourselves with people who have the same views.

Subconsciously, we chain ourselves down and hold on to negative results and negative thought patterns we have created – as if they were gold.

On a deeper level it becomes an addiction – the negative thought patterns,… Continue
