Measuring Results

The key to measuring results is make sure you are clear on the goal, however many times we start out on a path and half way thru the journey we realize we never wanted to be there in the first place.

Get clear on what it is that you really want and by when. Make a plan for getting there with realistic checkpoints along the way. The pursuit of happiness

When asked if I was happy I had to smile because I wanted to say I have no idea. The truth is I have no idea how to measure happiness or for that matter success. Thinking about the most important things today.

A thought I had that the we are not in the pursuit of achievement or success, but the pursuit of what matters. We get to decide what that is for each of us, but in the end it is only that we are doing work that makes a difference. Whatever your pursuit make it count. Small contributions matter more than anyone can measure.
